These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lasting Enhancements website and the booking of treatments provided by Elle Beauty Ltd, trading as Lasting Enhancements (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing our website, booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone or through other approved booking methods.

All appointments remain subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to amend or cancel appointments where necessary. Should this occur, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment.

4. Deposits

To secure your appointment, a £50 deposit is required.

For treatments costing less than £50, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may have their deposit transferred to a future appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will result in the loss of the deposit.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment.

However, depending on our schedule, your treatment time may need to be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Late arrivals that prevent treatment from being completed may be treated as a late cancellation.

7. Payments

Payment can be made online or in clinic using the payment methods we accept at the time of booking.

All treatment prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

8. Consultations

A consultation is recommended before treatment and may be required where appropriate.

Lasting Enhancements reserves the right to require a consultation before proceeding with any treatment.

Recommendations made during a consultation are based on the information provided by the client and our professional assessment.

9. Medical Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information before treatment.

This includes any relevant:

• Medical conditions

• Allergies

• Current medication

• Pregnancy

• Previous cosmetic procedures

• Any other information that may affect treatment

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment being refused or may affect treatment outcomes.

10. Right to Refuse Treatment

The safety and wellbeing of our clients is our priority.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where we believe:

• Treatment is not clinically appropriate.

• A medical condition makes treatment unsuitable.

• The client has not provided sufficient medical information.

• The client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Behaviour towards staff is abusive, threatening or inappropriate.

• We believe treatment would not be in the client’s best interests.

Any such decision will be made at our professional discretion.

11. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive aesthetic treatments unless otherwise permitted by law and accompanied by the appropriate parental or legal guardian consent.

We reserve the right to request proof of age.

12. Treatment Results

Every individual responds differently to aesthetic treatments.

While we aim to achieve the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.

Treatment longevity, healing times and outcomes vary between individuals based on factors including lifestyle, skin type, medical history and aftercare.

13. Aftercare

Clients agree to follow all aftercare advice provided.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and may increase the risk of complications.

Lasting Enhancements cannot accept responsibility for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

14. Photographs

With your express consent, before and after photographs may be taken to:

• Monitor treatment progress

• Maintain accurate clinical records

• Support future treatment planning

Photographs will only be used for marketing purposes with your separate, explicit consent.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or guarantees treatment outcomes.
